Stop looking at all these bodies and dreaming you would have it. Wouldn’t you rather feel good and live your life? Would you rather have a hot body but no time to live(because of training, not being able to eat what you want/on a restaurant, not being able to be spontaneous, and so on..) or a NORMAL body and a lot time to live? I choose to have a normal body and more time to live, without thinking of food 24/7. I still work out, but I’m going to do it when I feel like it - not because I’m “forced” to it.
You don’t get fat by eating fat. The fat you eat is going to the brain, because the highest priority is to get energy. The bodies priority isn’t to put all the fat on the body, that’s more like the last priority. You need to really understand that! You need 1 g fat/kg a day. So, if you weight 57 kg, you need to eat 57 grams of fat/day to get the energy you need.
And, please, stop counting kcals! It’s bad, bad, bad! When you’ve started, you can’t stop. Would you really like to count every kcal, every meal, every day? I don’t think so.
Read more books about food and stop believing in every thing you read, because the most of it is just bullshit.
So, are you going to live your life and enjoy your body as it is, or are you going to work out every day of your life, not being able to eat out with friends/family, just to have a sertain body?
